At 22 Sculpt, we strive to deliver your products in the fastest and most efficient way possible.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer both flat-rate shipping and calculated rates on all orders, depending on the destination country. Rates vary between Europe, the USA, Canada, Asia, and other regions. Delivery estimates usually range from 5 to 14 business days. (These are estimated time periods and depending on the location and/or situation it might take more or less time to deliver the product)

Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on holidays or weekends will be processed within 1-2 business days after the holiday or weekend. Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
We at 22 Sculpt are not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer. 

Please check with your country’s customs office to determine whether there will be additional costs incurred on your orders. You are responsible for import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees according to your country’s laws, regulations, and restrictions.

Damages
22 Sculpt is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

International Shipping
We offer worldwide shipping. Certain countries may be excluded from our shipping list. To verify if we ship to your country, please check during checkout or send us an email at 22sculpt@22sculpt.com.

DHL for International Shipping

We use DHL for all international shipping. This partnership ensures faster and more reliable delivery services for our international customers. All international orders will be shipped via DHL, providing enhanced tracking capabilities and expedited shipping options.
