Custom Commission Policy

Welcome to our Custom Commission Policy page. We are delighted to offer you the opportunity to commission unique, bespoke designs. To ensure a smooth and satisfactory experience for both parties, please review the following policy guidelines.

1. Initial Consultation

1.1 Contact: Begin by reaching out to us via our commission request form or directly at: commission@22sculpt.com 

Provide as much detail as possible about your vision, including any reference images or specific requirements.

1.2 Discussion: We will schedule a consultation via email, phone, or a virtual meeting to discuss your project in detail. This consultation is free of charge and aims to clarify your ideas and expectations.

2. Design Proposal

2.1 Proposal Creation: After the consultation, we will prepare a detailed design proposal. This will include the concept, materials, estimated timeline, and a cost estimate.

2.2 Approval: You will review the proposal and provide feedback. Any necessary adjustments will be made until the proposal meets your approval.

3. Pricing and Payment

3.1 Cost Estimate: Custom commissions involve significant time, effort, and expertise, resulting in higher costs than standard products. The estimate provided in the proposal reflects these factors.

3.2 Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total estimated cost is required to begin the project. This deposit covers initial design and sculpting work.

3.3 Final Payment: The remaining balance is due upon completion of the project and before delivery. Payment plans can be discussed if needed.

4. Design and Approval Process

4.1 Digital Sculpting: We will create a digital model of your design. You will receive previews and can request adjustments as needed.

4.2 Revisions: Up to three rounds of revisions are included in the initial cost. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.

4.3 Final Approval: Once you approve the final design, we will proceed to the production phase.

5. Production and Delivery

5.1 Production Time: Production times vary based on the complexity of the design and current workload. An estimated timeline will be provided in the proposal.

5.2 Delivery: Upon completion, the custom piece will be carefully packaged and shipped. You will receive tracking information once the item has been dispatched.

5.3 Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are not included in the initial estimate and will be calculated based on the destination and delivery method.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

6.1 Cancellations: If you wish to cancel the commission after the deposit has been paid, please contact us immediately. The deposit is non-refundable, but no further charges will apply if the project is canceled before production begins.

6.2 Refunds: Due to the personalized nature of custom commissions, refunds are not available once the final design has been approved and production has started.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Rights: We retain the rights to the digital designs and may use them in our portfolio or promotional materials, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

7.2 Usage: The commissioned piece is for personal use only. Commercial use or reproduction of the design without prior agreement is prohibited.

8. Agreement

By commissioning a custom design from us, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy. Any changes to these terms must be agreed upon in writing.
