Refund Policy
Pre-Shipment Refunds:
- Eligibility: If you wish to cancel your order and request a refund, you must do so within 24 hours of placing the order and before the product has been shipped. If the product is shipped within 24 hours or the cancellation request is made after 24 hours, we reserve the right to deny any refund or replacement requests.
- Process: To request a refund before shipment, please contact us immediately at 22sculpt@22sculpt.com with your order number.
- Refund Method: Approved refunds will be credited to your original method of payment within 3-5 business days.
Post-Shipment Refunds:
- Once the product has been shipped, we do not accept refunds except in cases where the product received is damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged product or an incorrect item, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Please follow the steps below to request a replacement or refund:

Contact Us: Email us at 22sculpt@22sculpt.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damaged or incorrect product.

Review: Our customer service team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.

Return Authorization: If your request is approved, you will receive a return authorization and instructions on how to return the product.

Return Shipping: You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Replacement or Refund: Upon receiving the returned product, we will inspect it. If the product is confirmed to be damaged or incorrect, we will offer you a choice between a replacement or a refund. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. We reserve the right to deny any refund requests. Please note that shipping costs will not be refunded, and you will be responsible for the shipping costs when sending the product back.
Replacement Requests
Before Shipment:
- Eligibility: If you wish to replace an item before it has been shipped, please contact us immediately at 22sculpt@22sculpt.com with your order number and the details of the replacement request.
- Process: Approved replacement requests will be processed, and the new product will be shipped once the original order is canceled.
After Shipment:
- If the product has already been shipped, replacements will only be provided for damaged or incorrect products as detailed above.
- While we strive to accommodate all replacement requests, we reserve the right to deny any replacement requests if necessary. We appreciate your understanding and patience in such cases.
Important Notes
- Only products purchased directly from 22 Sculpt are eligible for returns, replacements, or refunds.
- Products must be returned in their original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation.
- We reserve the right to refuse a refund or replacement if the returned product shows signs of damage not due to our error.
- Please note that shipping costs will not be refunded, and you will be responsible for the shipping costs when sending the product back.
- For undeliverable packages, they will be returned to the sender. Customers are required to cover the shipping fees for the re-delivery of the parcel.
