1. What is 22 Sculpt?

3. What is your refund policy?

Our refund policy is as follows:

Pre-Shipment Refunds:

  • Eligibility: If you wish to cancel your order and request a refund, you must do so within 24 hours of placing the order and before the product has been shipped.
  • Process: To request a refund before shipment, please contact us immediately with your order number.
  • Refund Method: Approved refunds will be credited to your original method of payment within 3-5 business days.

Post-Shipment Refunds:

  • Once the product has been shipped, we do not accept refunds except in cases where the product received is damaged or incorrect.

4. What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?

If you receive a damaged product or an incorrect item, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damaged or incorrect product.
  2. Review: Our customer service team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
  3. Return Authorization: If your request is approved, you will receive a return authorization and instructions on how to return the product.
  4. Return Shipping: You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
  5. Replacement or Refund: Upon receiving the returned product, we will inspect it. If the product is confirmed to be damaged or incorrect, we will offer you a choice between a replacement or a refund.

5. Can I request a replacement for a product?

Before Shipment:

  • Eligibility: If you wish to replace an item before it has been shipped, please contact us immediately with your order number and the details of the replacement request.
  • Process: Approved replacement requests will be processed, and the new product will be shipped once the original order is canceled.

After Shipment:

  • If the product has already been shipped, replacements will only be provided for damaged or incorrect products.

6. What are your shipping rates and delivery estimates?

We offer both flat-rate shipping and calculated rates on all orders, depending on the destination country. Rates vary between Europe, the USA, Canada, Asia, and other regions. Delivery estimates usually range from 5 to 14 business days and shipping rates will be displayed automatically in the checkout.

7. What is your shipment processing time?

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on holidays or weekends will be processed within 1-2 business days after the holiday or weekend. Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

8. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we offer worldwide shipping. Certain countries may be excluded from our shipping list. To verify if we ship to your country, please check during checkout or send us an email.

9. What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.

10. Do I have to pay customs fees, duties, or taxes?

We are not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine whether there will be additional costs incurred on your orders.
